Dear readers and friends --

    It's a work in progress, but, with a little help from my friends, 
I'm finally up and running at THE MORATORIUM 
<http://elneil.rationalreview.com/>, my new blogsite dedicated to 
passing a Constitutional amendment that will prohibit new legislation of 
any kind, at any level of government, for the next hundred years.

The one, all-important exception to THE MORATORIUM will be legislative 
action that repeals existing laws.  With at least 15,000,000 federal 
laws alone (according to Robert LeFevre -- in 1972!) you'd think they'd 
have enough by now.

_I've_ certainly had enough. Come join me at THE MORATORIUM. What's at 
stake is ownership and control of your own life.
